Does my order form have to be completely
filled out?
Yes, the order form must be
completely filled out and signed in both places. If
it is not properly done, you will not receive an ID. If you follow
the steps provided on the order form, you will not have any
problems. One more note, choose a state we offer. If you
choose a state we do not offer we can not make the ID.

Can I send cash?
We recommend sending cash because we
do not have to wait for your payment to clear our accounting
department. The ID Shop is not responsible for any payments lost in
the mail. One way to avoid this problem is to ship your payment via
UPS, FedEx, or other insured carriers. |
Why do you only accept cash,
money orders and cashiers checks along with cash?
We accept cash, money orders and
cashiers checks because doing so allows you the customer to receive your
fake ID faster.

Where can I get a money order
or a cashiers check?
You can have money orders made at
any business which cashes checks (ex. Seven-Eleven, Ace Check Cashing,
Western Union) and at all post offices, most grocery/convenience
stores. Once your payment has been recieved and successfully transfered, we will process your ID. Payments may take 3-5 business days to clear. You can get cashiers checks at any bank,
whether you have an account with them or not. If you do not make
your payment out to the correct amount IDS will not ship
your novelty ID. |

payment?
Please make your payment out to ID, not The ID Shop.

What type and size of photo should I send?
The better the photo, the better the ID. It is
important to send a clear, well-lit and focused photo. 35 mm,
Polaroid, and passport photos all work fine. Your head should be
approximately 1.5" x 1.5" square in size or larger. DO
NOT cut the photo to size, we will scan your photo and fit it to
the ID. If you send us a poor-quality photo, you will end up ruining
an otherwise high-quality ID. NO vacation photos or
candid shots. If you have the capability to send a photo via email,
you may also do so. If you have a digital camera, send all images
on a Windows 98 compatible floppy with the photo stored as a Windows 95,
98 compatible JPEG or BMP format. (We recommend 24 bit color, 300
dpi.) Once again - the better the photo, the better your
ID.

Where can I have a photo made if I do not
have one?
Here are a few places to obtain a good
photo. If you cannot find any of these, lookup 'passport photos' in
your yellow pages or buy a Polaroid camera and take it yourself:

Passport Photos places
KinKo's Copy Centers (and most copy
centers)
Polaroid Camera
Mail Boxes Etc.

Do I have to have a blue background?
What can I do if I want a blue background?
You do NOT have to have a blue
background. The majority of the fake ID's we process do not have a blue
back and they look fine. Please remember we will NOT change the
background color
When one of our customers had
a problem finding a blue background, she took some blue colored
construction paper/ sheet, taped it up behind her in her room and took the
photo there. You can also use photo booths at most malls and
arcades. If you want you can use a blue cloth or
sheet.

How long does it take to get my
ID?
Upon receiving your order, we
process your order, manufacture your ID, and mail it. It will
normally be in your wallet seven days later. Using some of our
express mailing services you can receive your novelty ID even
faster. Please realize that sometimes we receive massive amounts of
orders causing us to run behind our normal schedule. When this
occurs it causes us not to be able to fill the orders as
fast.
When one of our customers needed an
ID, fast, he over-nighted his order to us and we over-nighted him the new
novelty ID that same day. He received his ID in less than 25 hours, total
time! (This is just one case)

Can I have the ID mailed to an alternate
address?
You can have the ID mailed where
ever you would like. In many situations, customers want to purchase
ID's as gift's or may want to redirected them to another address. To
better serve your needs, we can mail your ID to any address with in the
U.S.A.. If you decide to use our express mail service with AirBorne
Express you can NOT have it delivered to
a P.O. Box.

In what kind of packaging are the
ID's mailed in?
To protect you privacy, we mail your
novelty ID in a regular white envelope, the same kind in which you receive
normal letters. There are no markings on the envelope except for the
mailing address which you gave and a return address to ID Enterprises,
ID. If you have any special requests for the mailing of your fake ID,
just let us know, and we will be more than happy to accommodate
you.

Do any of
the novelty ID's have holograms?
At this time we DO offer holograms but only on our
PVC card ID's, NOT or 3M process ID's. The
cost for a hologram to be added to the PVC card ID is an EXTRA $20, which
brings your total to $120.

Can I have my middle name on my
ID?
Due to space constraints we can not include
customers' full middle names. We can only include middle
initials.

How do addresses appear upon the
ID?
"Road," "Street," Drive," "Avenue," and other address
designations are all abbreviated.

What should I do if I do not
receive my order within two weeks?
You most likely requested a state which we do not
offer or you failed to include a photo or proper payment. First
check to see if your name is on the trouble order page. After you
have check to see if your name is on the trouble order page, then we
advise you to contact us.

What
if The ID Shop mess up my order?
If we genuinely mess up your fake ID we will redo your
order free of charge. This is only done after we have checked our
records to insure it was our fault/error. If you mess up your order
(EX. we miss spell something etc...) If after checking our records
we conclude that we could not read the information due to bad handwriting
we will NOT redo the order. This
is our policy and we stand firmly behind it. This is why we stress,
you MUST write legibly.
